Returns and Exchanges
We are more than happy to offer a return or exchange on almost all items within one month of receiving the product! If the buyer wants to move forward with a return or exchange, they will be responsible for the shipping the item back to Better in Blue Co. HQ! Any questions, just reach out!
In the case of a return, the buyer will receive a full refund (minus the cost of the return shipping label). In the case of an exchange, the buyer will receive a new item (processing and shipping still apply)
